About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems.
- Architect and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data lakehouse solutions using Databricks and AWS services.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to validate model performance and business impact.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights through interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in data science, statistical analysis, or machine learning.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries for large datasets.
- Hands‑on expertise with Databricks, Lakehouse/Medallion Architecture, and AWS cloud data services.
- Strong background in building and monitoring data pipelines, ETL processes, and data workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
