About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines for fraud detection and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
- Perform feature engineering, model training, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance evaluation using Python and SQL.
- Deploy models to production on AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2) and monitor model drift.
- Document methodologies, maintain reproducible codebases, and mentor junior data scientists.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a focus on AI/ML for security or fraud domains.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS machine learning services.
- Strong statistical background and expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex models to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
