About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy production‑grade machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, Python and AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis and experimentation to validate model performance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model governance and reproducibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and AWS cloud services.
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling and data engineering.
- Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving data‑driven decisions.
