About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to forecast consumer preferences and optimize product formulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable product development strategies.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal experiments and external suppliers using SQL, Python, and R.
- Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex analytics into clear, business‑impact narratives.
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines, ensuring data quality and reproducibility across projects.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience applying machine learning and statistical techniques in a product development context.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
