About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores on AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate model performance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in data science workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ML libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Glue).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
