About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines that ingest, process, and generate legal and business content at scale.
- Develop and refine Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) models to retrieve and incorporate relevant context into AI outputs.
- Design agentic AI frameworks that enable autonomous decision‑making and workflow orchestration for legal professionals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions.
- Ensure models are robust, explainable, and compliant with privacy and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with a strong focus on generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and cloud services (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with RAG, large language models, and agentic AI architectures.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of deploying production‑grade AI systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
