About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine‑tune large language model (LLM) pipelines and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for customer‑facing products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low latency.
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation, testing, and performance optimization, including prompt engineering, quantization, and inference speed improvements.
- Implement end‑to‑end MLOps workflows using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS) to automate training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art generative AI research and translate findings into practical, business‑impacting solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on experience building LLM applications using LangChain or similar orchestration libraries, and implementing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation techniques.
- Proven ability to deploy and maintain AI services in cloud environments (AWS) using containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of delivering production‑grade AI solutions that meet performance and reliability targets.
