Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning and statistical models, building Agentic AI systems for enterprise wireless and private 5G solutions, while collaborating across product domains and leveraging cloud data platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize machine learning and statistical models that address complex business challenges in wireless WAN, private 5G, and SASE domains.
- Architect and implement Agentic AI systems that enable autonomous decision‑making and optimization across network services.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate requirements into data‑driven solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud‑based infrastructure for model training, validation, and monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of models.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience developing production‑grade machine learning models, preferably in telecommunications or networking.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, data analysis, and experimental design.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data engineering tools for building scalable pipelines.
