Lead advanced AI initiatives as a Senior Data Scientist, designing and deploying generative and predictive models on secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Python and modern ML frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize state‑of‑the‑art generative and predictive AI models that meet strict data‑privacy and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise‑grade platforms and APIs.
- Lead experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles using A/B testing and robust performance monitoring.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in code quality, reproducibility, and model governance.
- Stay current with emerging AI research, especially in large language models and agentic AI, and translate findings into practical implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine‑learning models at scale, preferably in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
- Deep understanding of generative AI techniques (e.g., diffusion models, large language models) and traditional predictive modeling.
- Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for model serving.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, and a track record of delivering production‑ready AI solutions.
