About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving, using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑impact use cases for large language models across business domains.
- Design experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on architecture to meet business KPIs.
- Deploy scalable, production‑grade models on cloud platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and share best practices in model development, reproducibility, and ethical AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a focus on NLP and generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and experience with large language model frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face).
- Strong background in machine learning theory, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model training and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
