About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems for clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Perform end‑to‑end data pipelines, including data extraction, cleaning, feature engineering, and model validation.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior data scientists, and contribute to best‑practice frameworks within the AI/ML team.
- Communicate model performance, limitations, and business impact to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
Requirements
- 8–11 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data‑science ecosystem (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation; familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
