Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine traditional insurance predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable ML pipelines in production, applying MLOps best practices.
- Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for marketing and product leadership, driving growth initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a focus on predictive modeling.
