About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize machine‑learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, extract and transform data from relational and cloud sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical validation to ensure model robustness.
- Deploy and monitor models on AWS services, implementing CI/CD pipelines for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best‑practice documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and strong SQL querying skills.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) or similar cloud platforms for model deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong communication skills to convey insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
