About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full demand‑planning lifecycle for Full Service Order (FSO) volumes, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Develop and maintain advanced time‑series and machine‑learning models in Python to forecast demand at granular levels.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to translate forecasts into actionable capacity plans.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python, uncovering insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data science experience in a high‑growth, data‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and time‑series forecasting techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of building production‑ready models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in demand planning or operations analytics is a plus.
