About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive models and recommendation engines to improve customer conversion and sales funnel efficiency.
- Lead A/B testing and experimental design initiatives, analyzing results to inform pricing, inventory, and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data science, code quality, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably in retail or automotive domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PySpark) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrated expertise in machine‑learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
- Experience building data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication ability, and a track record of delivering actionable business impact.
