About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to forecast customer behavior and lifetime value.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and build dashboards to visualize key metrics for cross‑functional teams.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate marketing and product experiments.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure scalable data pipelines and high‑quality datasets.
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow) and SQL for data manipulation and model deployment.
- Strong statistical background and experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering).
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non‑technical audiences.
