Senior Data Scientist - Compare The Market

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning models that power financial decision tools for a large user base.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines, ensuring high data quality and performance across production environments.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in experimentation, versioning and reproducibility.
• Communicate insights and model performance to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related field, with a strong portfolio of production ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Deep knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering data‑driven impact at scale.
