Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models to support healthcare analytics and operational decision‑making.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, SageMaker) to ingest, clean, and transform large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to present insights and drive data‑informed strategies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best‑practice standards for model governance and reproducibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and strong SQL querying skills.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services for data storage, processing, and model deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and operationalize predictive models and perform statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering clear, actionable insights to non‑technical audiences.
