Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines and analytical models to uncover audience behavior patterns across digital and offline channels.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to predict engagement, optimize outreach, and measure impact of health campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex data findings into clear, data‑driven recommendations for stakeholders.
- Lead A/B testing and experimental design, ensuring rigorous evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics within a research or public‑health context.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting.
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) and storytelling with data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision‑makers through evidence‑based insights.
