Data Scientist
Lead advanced analytics initiatives to develop predictive models and actionable insights for preventive, precision health care, leveraging Python, machine learning, statistical methods, and healthcare data pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that support proactive patient care and longevity initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to translate complex health data into actionable insights and decision support tools.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical workflows using Python, SQL, and cloud‑based platforms.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and experiment design to evaluate the effectiveness of screening, diagnostics, and treatment protocols.
- Create clear visualizations and reports for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, driving data‑informed strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative research, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and strong SQL querying skills.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib) and communicating insights to multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, heterogeneous health datasets and a passion for improving health outcomes through data‑driven solutions.
