Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning and deep‑learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Lead end‑to‑end data science projects, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model validation and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Implement and optimize AI pipelines using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerized environments.
• Mentor junior data scientists, establish best practices, and contribute to the organization’s AI strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, and pandas.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, feature engineering, and evaluation of predictive models.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS) and deploying models at scale.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, and a security‑cleared status.
