Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning models that influence product decisions and customer experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS, ensuring data quality and accessibility for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable data solutions.
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations and dashboards, enabling data‑driven decision making.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in experimentation, model validation, and reproducibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
