About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that drive AI Voice Agent and Assist features.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Perform feature engineering, model training, hyper‑parameter tuning, and rigorous evaluation using Python and relevant ML libraries.
- Maintain and optimize data infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, SageMaker, Redshift, Lambda).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
