About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to detect cyber threats and anomalous behaviors in large-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with cyber operations teams to translate mission requirements into data‑driven solutions and actionable intelligence.
- Perform feature engineering, model training, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance evaluation using Python and relevant ML libraries.
- Integrate models into operational pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and real‑time inference capabilities.
- Document methodologies, maintain reproducible research artifacts, and present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Python, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy).
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and anomaly detection techniques.
- Experience with cyber security analytics, threat intelligence, or defensive cyber operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication abilities.
