Lead end‑to‑end data science projects, building scalable ML models and deploying them on AWS. Drive insights from large datasets, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and mentor junior analysts.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and AWS services.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define data‑driven solutions and prioritize feature development.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality, reproducibility, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or related fields, with a strong portfolio of deployed ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, S3, and Lambda.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong teamwork and mentoring abilities, with a passion for data‑driven innovation.
