About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to predict and improve mental health outcomes for young people.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research findings into scalable data products.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining on large, multi‑source datasets.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines using SQL and cloud services (AWS).
- Document methodologies, present insights, and support evidence‑based decision making.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade ML models in Python.
- Proficiency in SQL, statistical modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative setting.
