About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments to evaluate new ad auction features and pricing models.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in Apache Spark to ingest, process, and transform large ad‑traffic datasets.
- Develop predictive models using Python and machine learning libraries to forecast demand, optimize bids, and improve revenue.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate analytical insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics within digital advertising or e‑commerce.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark for large‑scale data processing.
- Strong background in A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow) and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
