Lead data science initiatives for B2C GTM strategy, driving customer journey optimization and monetization using advanced analytics, experimentation, and statistical modeling.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute large‑scale A/B tests to identify growth levers across the Adobe.com customer journey.
- Build predictive models in Python to forecast conversion, churn, and lifetime value, integrating results into product and finance roadmaps.
- Collaborate with GTM, product, and finance teams to translate data insights into actionable monetization strategies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data quality, experimentation, and model validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data science experience in a B2C or e‑commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
