Senior Data Scientist - AB InBev Growth Group

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models to optimize marketing, sales, and distribution strategies.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines on AWS, ensuring data quality, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model validation, documentation, and reproducibility.
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics within a large enterprise.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
• Strong background in statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Experience with big‑data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision‑makers.
