Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to predict shopper behavior and optimize media spend.
- Analyze large retail datasets (62M+ households) using SQL and Python, extracting actionable insights for clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and visual dashboards.
- Implement scalable data pipelines on AWS, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders, translating technical results into clear business recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data science experience in a retail or consumer‑packaged goods environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Strong background in machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision‑makers.
