About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI, GenAI, and Smart Tool projects across underwriting and credit services.
- Design, prototype, and deploy machine learning models that improve credit decisioning and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
- Implement scalable data pipelines and model monitoring using AWS services.
- Advise stakeholders on risk management implications and model governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics within financial services.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with AI/GenAI tools and cloud platforms (AWS, SageMaker).
- Strong understanding of credit risk modeling and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
