Data Scientist
Senior Data Science Analyst who designs, deploys and monitors AI‑driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision support and customer experience, leveraging Python, machine learning, SQL and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize machine‑learning models that automate and optimize core business processes.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows using SQL and cloud services (AWS) to ensure reliable, scalable data delivery.
- Monitor model performance, implement drift detection, and continuously improve solution accuracy and explainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into analytical solutions and provide actionable insights.
- Create dashboards and visual reports that communicate model outcomes and operational metrics to non‑technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a strong focus on operational support.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model development.
- Solid SQL skills and experience building/maintaining data pipelines in AWS or similar cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy, and monitor production‑grade machine‑learning models.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and communicating complex results to business partners.
