About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine‑learning pipelines to support neuro‑platform research and clinical decision‑making.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses on large, multi‑modal healthcare datasets to uncover insights that improve patient care.
- Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards that communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement best practices for reproducible research.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience applying Python, SQL, and machine‑learning techniques to large healthcare or biomedical datasets.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Proficiency with data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Plotly) and ability to convey technical results to clinical audiences.
- Experience working in a regulated, patient‑focused environment and familiarity with HIPAA‑compliant data handling.
