At Emma, you’ll be part of an empowered data product team that develops, operates, and continuously improves our data infrastructure, and analytics capabilities to drive business impact. As the owner of our marketing data products, you'll sit at the intersection of Technology and Marketing teams to ensure they have the data capabilities they need to acquire customers, retain them, and measure what matters.
You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment that includes data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, ensuring our marketing data products deliver meaningful value and move the organisation's strategy forward.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Data Product Manager , you will define and execute the vision for our marketing data products, ensuring they support strategic business objectives across the organization.
You’ll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing data products (marketing performance reporting, BI dashboards, integration of new sources), from discovery to delivery, ensuring scalability, usability, and long-term value for marketing teams.
Gather and distil requirements from marketing stakeholders, translating them into a clear vision and strategy into well-defined, prioritised solutions.
Work with partners to maintain and refine the product roadmap, ensuring backlog prioritisation reflects business priorities, user needs, and technical considerations.
Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities where better data can unlock marketing performance.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders, managing expectations, providing transparency into the roadmap, and ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes.
You’ll drive the product discovery process, identifying the right problems to solve (the WHAT and WHY ) and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams on solutions (the HOW ).
