About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the data product roadmap, aligning analytics, ML, and engineering initiatives with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate user needs into data‑centric product features and dashboards.
- Oversee end‑to‑end data pipelines, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across AWS services.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure product impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data product management or related roles within a high‑growth tech or ed‑tech environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, SageMaker).
- Strong background in machine‑learning model deployment and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through data‑driven product decisions.
