Lead complex data migration projects for Teamcenter, designing and executing ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and performance using SQL, Python, and advanced scripting techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute data migration strategies for Teamcenter implementations, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and scripting tools to transform and load data across legacy and target systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map source data structures to Teamcenter data models, documenting requirements and solutions.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to identify and resolve data discrepancies before migration.
- Optimize migration performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide post‑migration support and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data migration, preferably with Teamcenter or PLM systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and Python scripting for data transformation.
- Experience with data modeling, data quality frameworks, and migration testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
