Lead end‑to‑end data science initiatives, building production‑ready machine learning models with Python, scikit‑learn, and deep learning frameworks, while driving MLOps practices to scale solutions across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, scikit‑learn, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and deliver production‑ready models.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Mentor junior data scientists, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze large datasets, perform feature engineering, and evaluate model performance using advanced statistical techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, scikit‑learn, and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of deploying models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
