Lead end‑to‑end data warehousing solutions on Snowflake, optimizing virtual warehouses, designing robust ETL pipelines, and driving data quality and performance for enterprise analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Snowflake data warehouses, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Build and orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and modern orchestration tools to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to define data models, schemas, and governance standards.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to guarantee data integrity and reliability.
- Optimize query performance, warehouse sizing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on Snowflake.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and related services (S3, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
