About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines on Snowflake, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to model data structures that support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to guarantee data integrity across environments.
- Leverage AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda) to orchestrate and automate data workflows.
- Document architecture, processes, and best practices for cross‑team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud data platforms.
- Proficient in Snowflake, SQL, and Python; experience with ETL frameworks and data modeling.
