Data Engineer
Senior Data Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large‑scale data pipelines and warehouses, leveraging Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, ETL tools, and API platforms such as MuleSoft to support finance and accounting analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models and warehouse solutions to support project accounting and finance reporting.
- Develop, test, and maintain high‑performance ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator, Matillion, or Informatica.
- Integrate external systems via API platforms (MuleSoft, APIGee) to ingest and transform financial data.
- Write complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading across Oracle and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in analytics, SQL, and ETL development.
- Proven expertise in Oracle databases, data warehousing, and business intelligence development.
- Hands‑on experience with API integration platforms (MuleSoft or APIGee) and ELT tools such as Matillion or Informatica.
- Strong PL/SQL programming skills and experience with Oracle Cloud reporting services.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex data problems, and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
