Data Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data pipelines and warehouses, ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions across engineering, simulation, and production domains using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources into a unified data warehouse.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data models, schemas, and governance standards that support analytics and reporting.
- Optimize query performance and storage costs using advanced SQL techniques and AWS data services such as Redshift, S3, and Glue.
- Develop and maintain automated ETL workflows, ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance with security policies.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in data engineering and DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise data pipelines and warehouses.
