About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Build and optimize data storage solutions on Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL for high‑performance analytics.
- Implement robust ETL processes, ensuring data quality, lineage, and governance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data architectures.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune data workflows to meet SLA and cost‑efficiency targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure data services (Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL).
- Strong SQL programming skills and experience with data modeling concepts.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable ETL pipelines in a cloud environment.
- Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and cost optimization of Azure data workloads.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a managed services setting.
