Lead end‑to‑end data engineering for a high‑impact analytics team, building robust ETL pipelines in AWS, designing interactive QuickSight dashboards, and translating stakeholder needs into reliable data products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines on AWS, ensuring data quality and performance.
- Build and optimize data models and schemas to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Amazon QuickSight that drive operational and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver well‑documented data products.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data workflows, implementing best practices for reliability and maintainability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or BI Analyst with a strong focus on AWS services.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and ETL tooling within the AWS ecosystem.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Amazon QuickSight.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of working independently and proactively.
