Data Engineer
Seasoned Senior Data Engineer Analyst designing, building, and operating scalable data pipelines and curated datasets in cloud environments, primarily GCP, with strong Python expertise and experience across Azure and AWS data tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and AI‑driven data products.
- Model and architect data solutions to ensure high quality, consistency, and accessibility across cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with analytics engineers, designers, web developers, and DevOps to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions in an agile environment.
- Leverage cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) to optimize performance, cost, and security of data infrastructure.
- Implement best practices for data governance, monitoring, and automation to support continuous delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on data engineering experience with Python and cloud data services.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, architecture, and pipeline orchestration on GCP, with additional experience on Azure and AWS.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML data requirements and ability to translate them into production‑ready pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, agile teams.
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud security best practices is a plus.
