About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end data projects, from requirement gathering to solution delivery, for property intelligence clients.
- Design and implement robust data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI, enabling stakeholders to monitor market trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, develop analytical frameworks, and translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior executives, translating complex data into clear, strategic insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or consulting within the real estate or related sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong data modeling skills and experience with relational databases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
