Lead the design and implementation of commercial data solutions, driving data strategy, architecture, and integration across Azure and Snowflake environments while guiding teams in ETL, modeling, and advanced analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture for commercial functions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and Azure Data Factory.
- Architect and manage Snowflake data warehouses, including schema design, performance tuning, and data governance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data models.
- Establish best practices for data integration, metadata management, and data quality across the commercial data ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and big‑data solutions.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse).
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to design complex data models and lead cross‑functional data initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering data solutions that drive business value.
