Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architectures, driving data strategy, integration, and governance across cloud and on‑prem environments using modern data modeling, warehousing, and ETL technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable, enterprise‑wide data architectures that support analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.
- Develop logical and physical data models, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of data storage solutions, including relational databases, NoSQL stores, and cloud data warehouses.
- Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools, ensuring data quality, lineage, and security.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data governance, metadata management, and performance tuning strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and database design.
- Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including data warehousing services (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows using tools like Informatica, Talend, or Apache Airflow.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
