About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end data and AI solutions, from data ingestion and engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable architectures.
- Lead technical workshops, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in data governance, security, and compliance across cloud platforms (primarily AWS).
- Mentor junior consultants and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI consulting.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in designing and deploying production‑grade ML pipelines and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and delivering measurable business value.
