Senior Data Analyst - World's Finest Chocolate

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform large volumes of internal and external data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.
• Build and publish interactive dashboards in Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to define key metrics, develop scorecards, and support data‑driven decision making.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes to maintain transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Advanced Tableau skills with a portfolio of published dashboards.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing, regression, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
