Senior Data Analyst leading end‑to‑end BI solutions, enhancing dashboards, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable data models using Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the uplift of existing dashboards, assessing current reports, identifying gaps, and delivering enhanced versions on the agreed BI platform.
- Own end‑to‑end dashboard development across Quality, PIF, and ESG workstreams, from requirements gathering and KPI definition to production‑ready reports.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into dashboard specifications, data model briefs, and visual design inputs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, data sources, and reporting standards.
- Maintain data integrity, perform data quality checks, and optimize data pipelines for performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in BI development using Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
